The Air Jordan 7 (VII) Retro - Hare Jordan (Countdown Package 7 / 16) were released on June 21, 2008, and alongside the Air Jordan 16 (XVI) Retro - Countdown Package 7 / 16 (Black / Varsity Red), retailed for $310. They feature a white and grey color scheme, along with plenty of red accents. They were dubbed the “Hare†Jordans because of the famous Nike commercial featuring Bugs Bunny, in which Bugs wore the “Hare†Jordan 7’s while Michael Jordan sported the Air Jordan 7 ’s. At the end, they teamed up to take on a team of bullies in a pick up game and well, we can all guess what happened there, right? The tongue may be the most interesting feature, as they consist of orange and green accents, which go back to the whole Bugs Bunny theme, and we all know how much rabbits love carrots!
